Review the wording and the evidence
The resume opens with its proposed wording and its first changed line open. Quill's note beside the line says what changed, why, and where the line came from; use the suggestion, keep your original, or edit it, and move to the next change from the note. Approval accepts the wording currently shown; new facts still require your confirmation. The list of what the role asks shows which requirements your resume covers. About this role shows requirements and supporting experience. Improve resume offers an interview or a way to add missing experience.
Use Preview PDF to check the layout before approving. Previewing does not save changes or approve the resume. Check contact details, dates, section order, line breaks, ownership, and measurements. Return to the resume to make changes.
Approve the version
Select Approve and download PDF when you are satisfied with the document. Quill saves the role-specific PDF to your computer, and the page shows that PDF. The approved wording is read-only.
If you need another change, reopen the resume, make the change, and review it before approving again.
Send it through the employer’s application
- Check the PDF. Open the downloaded file and read it. To download it again, use the PDF button above the page.
- Open the application. Select Open application. Use the employer’s form and complete its required fields yourself. Open application again remains available beside the PDF button.
- Confirm the send. After you submit the application, select I sent it.
Approval and download do not submit an application. Your confirmation records a send in Quill; it does not establish delivery by the employer.
Correct the record if needed
If you confirmed a send by mistake today, Undo send returns the record to approved and corrects the day’s count. It does not withdraw a submission from the employer.
“Not this one” sets a role aside. The immediate Undo restores it. Otherwise, the decision remains saved when you return to the shortlist.
